Region   Prices are inclusive of central heating, electricity, and bed linen.  There are no other standard charges.

Towels are not normally supplied, but however for those coming by plane where luggage is limited; prior arrangements can be made.

For the 2011 season, the swimming pool will be heated during the high and peak seasons to a minimum temperature of 24°C (in hot weather the temperature of the pool can attain 30°C)

Change over day is normally Saturday, with arrivals from 16:00 and departures before 10:00. However during Mid and Low seasons other arrangements may be possible.

All prices are in UK pounds.  Payment in Euros is possible, and will be calculated using the exchange rate at the time.

Weekend and short stays are possible outside of the Peak and High Seasons, and cost £110 per night, with a minimum of two nights stay.

A deposit of 30% is payable to secure a reservation, with the balance being payable 20 days before arrival. 

A guarantee of £350 (400 €) is payable upon arrival.  This would normally take the form of a cheque, supported by a bank guarantee card.  This guarantee will be held by the owners during the rental period, and returned at the end of the period providing that no breakages or damage to the gite have occurred, and provided that the gite is left in a condition that requires no more than the normal cleaning at the end of the stay.
